As an Account & Support Manager, you are the harmonious blend of Tapp’s promises to both its clientele and its product commitments. Across the globe, as our product reaches diverse markets, our partners and customers stay active, and you are their steadfast link. Whether you’re liaising with a partner on a weekend in Leeuwarden, addressing a support issue late at night in Lima, or onboarding a new account at dawn in Delhi, your dedication ensures that Tapp’s commitment remains steady, at any time of day.

Practical details
Embark on your Tapp adventure on January 1, 2024. While our heart is in Leeuwarden, our mindset is global and flexible, facilitating adaptable remote work setups. This position is for 16-20 hours, and we’re seeking someone who resonates with our vision and ethos.

✅ What is required?
à Knowledge of the vibrant culture of a start up or scale up environment (tip: read books!) à A completed bachelor or masters degree is a plus à Experience within the produce sector is a plus à Attitude à Fluency in English à Fluency in Dutch à Fluency in Spanish would be amazing
