à Knowledge of the vibrant culture of a start up or scale up environment (tip: read books!) à A completed bachelor or masters degree is a plus à Experience within the produce sector is a plus à Attitude à Fluency in English à Fluency in Spanish would be amazing à Fluency in Dutch is highly desirable
💼 What will you get?
