Where seed meets Tapp technology
From 22-24 September, Germains Seed Technology will be exhibiting at Seed meets Technology in Zwaagdijk-Oost. Tapp will join Germains at its stand, where the company will demonstrate how it monitors transport conditions to protect customers’ seed and maintain its high quality standards beyond treatment.
Seed meets Technology brings together seed professionals and technology providers to demonstrate the latest innovations in seed treatment, breeding and cultivation.
Germains does not produce the seed it handles. Customers entrust their seed to the company for specialised treatments such as priming, pelleting and film coating, while remaining its owners throughout the process. That responsibility calls for exceptional care at every stage.
By adding Tapp’s paper-based dataloggers to shipments, Germains and its customers gain direct insight into temperature and humidity during transport. The loggers also help reduce electronic waste, extending Germains’ sustainability ambitions beyond its microplastic-free seed coating solutions.
