Sharing Tapp label reports was always possible, but there were some limitations. You had to share separate report links to everyone involved, or add someone as a dashboard user, which would give them access to everything. That’s why we built Label Report Sharing: a simpler, more flexible way to share exactly the right reports with exactly the right people.
First, a quick recap of how Tapp works today: the moment someone taps a label, the report appears in your dashboard. You can view, filter and analyse everything right away. To share your reports, you can download and send a pdf or send a link through the share button to anyone who needs it: buyer, auditor, or logistics partner.
Label report sharing takes that a step further. If you use this new feature, the report lands straight in the receiver’s free Tapp dashboard. Whether you share it right away or later, they get the full report in one place, ready to view and analyse.
How it works
When a label is tapped, the report instantly appears in every linked dashboard. To use label report sharing, a partnership is made with the company you want to share reports with. You can then easily add one or more recipients, so everyone who needs to be in the loop can benefit. All they need is a free Tapp account, and the report is right there waiting for them.
Instant, without attachments
Reports appear in the recipient’s dashboard the moment the label is tapped. No files to send, no versions to track.
Viewer, or editor, your call
When sharing a label report, you decide what the recipient can do with it: view-only or editor access. You can always change this or stop sharing altogether.
Searchable and filterable
Shared reports sit in the dashboard just like any other Tapp report: searchable, filterable, and ready to export.
Another great feature is that it’s completely free for your partners: all a recipient needs is a free Tapp account, and the report is right there.
