You’re already using Tapp to reduce waste in your cold chain. But what about the traditional single-use trackers that are still coming in and going out? The ones used on lanes where Tapp has not been rolled out yet. Or the devices arriving with shipments from suppliers.
For most companies, the answer is still the same: straight into the bin. Boxes full of plastic casings, electronics and lithium batteries, piling up after every shipment. It does not have to be that way.
As an official collection point in partnership with Stichting OPEN, Tapp now offers free collection and recycling of traditional single-use trackers for customers with an active label plan.
Step 1
Collect the used trackers from your incoming and outgoing flows
Step 2
Submit a pickup request through the form below
Step 3
We arrange a pickup time
Step 4
The devices are officially recycled through a certified network.
Where possible, we combine pickups with deliveries of new Tapp labels to avoid unnecessary transport movements.
This program is a natural extension of Tapp’s mission to reduce e-waste in cold chain logistics. Our paper-based dataloggers help prevent waste from being created in the first place. But millions of traditional trackers are still out there, moving through supply chains every day. Reducing future waste is important. Cleaning up yesterday’s waste matters too. Together, we can do both.
