1. Scope
This policy applies to labels ordered directly through tapp.online. Subscriptions, dashboard access and other Tapp OS services are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
2. Request a return first
Do not ship anything back before you have a return authorisation. Email [email protected] with your order number, the items concerned and the reason for return. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation number and shipping instructions. Returns received without an authorisation number may be refused.
3. Return window
You may return eligible products within 8 days of the confirmed delivery date.
4. Condition
Returned labels must be unused, unactivated and in their original, unopened packaging, including all documentation. A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for every return request. Labels that have been programmed, applied to a shipment or read are considered used and cannot be returned.
5. Items we cannot accept
- Labels customised with your own branding or produced to your specification
- Activated, applied or partially used labels
- Opened multipacks
- Items returned outside the return window
6. Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so we recommend a tracked service. The return address is provided with your return authorisation. Our registered address is Orionweg 6D, 8938 AH Leeuwarden, The Netherlands.
7. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 days. Original delivery costs are not refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including all shipping costs, at no charge to you. This does not affect any warranty or conformity rights you have under the applicable terms or under law.
9. Consumers in the EU
If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer law — a natural person acting outside your trade, business or profession — you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us at [email protected] using any clear statement or the EU model withdrawal form. Return the goods within 14 days of that notification, at your own expense. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including labels customised with your branding.
